Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
